For many, the inherently changeable nature of timber does not cut it when it comes to keeping outdoor items safe and in the dry for many years. As one of the larger sizes in the AvantGarde range, the A7 offers an excellent amount of space to store all of your gardening equipment and bicycles within. Seven more sizes are available to order through elbec, as well as several other unique steel sheds designed by Biohort. The AvantGarde is available in a choice of several metallic shades, each of which bring a subtly different visual impact to your garden. Pick from the gleaming Silver, neutral Quartz Grey, or impactful Dark Grey when ordering through elbec. Every AvantGarde will come with a grey-white interior that maximises the illumination offered by the three-panel fanlight. The polyamide enamel coating used to produce this finish is highly durable so the colour will not fade in coming years; this coating is so robust that you can even use a pressure washer on your shed.

Features

The many features included in the AvantGarde A7's design make it a pleasure to use in daily life. For example, a variety of ways to organise items within the shed are included and integrate well into the overall structure. Two shelves mounted on support rails can each hold up to 15 kg of items. Two tool holders fit inside the door and four tool hangers are perfect for suspending longer tools like spades or hoses from the wall. These are all easy to install upon assembling your AvantGarde and make the shed immediately usable in ridding your garden of clutter.

In contrast to the weaker materials used in most garden sheds on the market, the benefits of a storage building with a galvanised steel construction will continue to be felt for many years. Unlike timber sheds, the AvantGarde will never warp, rot, split, or be damaged in stormy weather. The steel plate used throughout the AvantGarde's roof and walls has been hot-dip galvanised in molten zinc before receiving a polyamide finish in your chosen metallic colour for the outside. The interior has a grey-white polyamide finish to provide the inside of your shed with a light and airy atmosphere, making the most of the sunlight from the high window. These processes make the steel used in the AvantGarde extremely robust and resistant to wear and corrosion.

The polyamide finish of this shed is so resilient against wear that Biohort boldly offers a 20-year guarantee against damage from corrosion. With such care taken to create a strong starting point for the AvantGarde, it is no surprise that this shed can stand up to extreme wind speeds of up to 93mph and hold off at least 150kg of snowfall per square metre.

If security of your stored items is any concern, you will be pleased to know that the door of the AvantGarde A7 is lockable by key. The 3-way locking system is extremely robust and backs up the strong steel construction of the door and surrounding panels. A spare key is also included. Please note that in the double door option, the additional left side door features a twist knob lock to ensure both doors stay closed when needed.

Creating a sustainable irrigation system with the excess water that accumulates on the roof of the AvantGarde during rain showers is easy. This is thanks to the built-in gutter with two end connectors that fit 5/4 inch hoses or the optional rainwater downpipes.

Accessories

A wide range of accessories are on offer, each designed by Biohort to be used with the AvantGarde and offering a new use to the garden shed. Many enjoy the space-saving potential of the BikeMax Bicycle Hanger, which lets you store bikes in a vertical position on a wall of your shed. Just as popular are accessories that allow you to increase storage space, such as an additional Shelf Set, Tool Hangers, or a Folding Table.

If you would to add extra storage solutions that are mounted on support rails (such as shelves or suspension baskets) to a different part of your shed than the included shelves, we recommend purchasing Extra Support Rails to ensure you have the capacity and flexibility for placing your accessories.

Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO THE KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY OF YOUR HOME, AND ARE FLAT-PACKED AND READY FOR ASSEMBLY.

Booking Your Delivery

After placing your order you will be contacted by email towards the end of the timescale by Biohort the manufacturer with general delivery information and a link to track your delivery. You will subsequently be contacted by the carrier with a delivery date and time for your order.

Upon Delivery
Delivery is between 7am-7pm. Your order is delivered either kerbside or on your driveway. Unfortunately, due to insurance liabilities regarding health and safety, the driver will be not able to take your goods through to the back of your property but may be requested to place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. We would not risk damaging your property while delivering a product to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.

It is important that the customer notes any damage to any of the boxes upon delivery on the delivery documents in case any of the parts inside are damaged.
